A/C Condenser

I need to order a new A / C condenser for a 2001 Chevy Venture, How do I know if I need w / dual air or not?

I heating and AC controls in the middle of the truck for passengers in the rear. When I look online for Replacements those who can handle both regular and double much different than what I have. My condenser is the silver tube attached to it. I doubt Ill get real answers here, but perhaps ill luck. Thank you, Todd

"Inflatable double" would mean that you have two coils the evaporator. A front (hidden unter the dashboard or hood) and in the back usually in the ceiling with a drainage tube that allows condensation drip from the rear of the vehicle on the ground. Two water stains in the driveway on a hot and humid day. You do not have to be too technical, just look for the drainage tube in the rear end. With "dual control" can mean you channeled cold air before the evaporator (all passenger vans over the model were like that) or perhaps control the flow of air from a rear mounted evaporator. You can also run your VIN number by the local GM dealer and ask them. The ID number will also be the whole shebang. Enjoy!
